SuperGame Special: Queso, French Onion Dip, & Deviled Eggs
Show up looking like a champion with these three amazing and easy to make ahead appetizers to bring along to your SuperGame SportsBall Party! The classic Deviled Eggs are a sweet and spicy way to add some heartiness to the menu while the smooth Queso and the French Onion Dip make for easy snacking with a variety of crunchy flavor vehicles often referred to as chips here in the States and crisps elsewhere in the world.
Ingredients
Queso
- 125 grams Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
 - 100 grams Fontina Cheese shredded
 - 25 grams Cotija Cheese crumbled finely
 - ¾ cup Green Onions chopped finely
 - 2 cloves Garlic minced
 - 2 Roma Tomatoes
 - ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
 - ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
 - ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
 - 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
 - 14 oz Evaporated Milk full fat, NOT condensed milk
 - 4 oz Fire Roasted Chilis
 - ¼ cup Cilantro chopped finely
 
French Onion Dip
- 16 oz Sour Cream
 - ½ cup Mayonnaise
 - 1.4 oz French Onion Soup Mix Knorr is the one I swear by
 - ½ teaspoon Chives very finely chopped
 
Deviled Eggs
- 6 large Eggs
 - 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
 - 1½ tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
 - 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
 - 1 tablespoon Chives very finely chopped
 - 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
 - ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
 - Salt to Taste
 
Garnishes & Sides
- Ruffled Potato Chips for French Onion Dip
 - Tortilla Chips for Queso Dip
 - Paprika regular or smoked
 - Chives cut into 1-inch lengths
